Thank you for shopping with FJORD. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The applicable rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Faroe Islands: 1–3 business days
Denmark: 3–7 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Shipping to EU Countries – Important Notice (Effective July 1, 2026)

From July 1, 2026, new EU customs regulations apply to all shipments from the Faroe Islands to private customers in EU member states.

Under these regulations, all shipments with a value under €150 are subject to the following fees, which are paid by us as the sender:

A handling fee of a minimum of €3 (approx. 22 DKK) per product type in the shipment, as required by the postal service in the destination country. This fee may be higher depending on the destination country.
Potential customs duties, where applicable.
VAT, where applicable.

These costs are included in our shipping rates for EU destinations.

Please note that post-billing from our shipping carrier can be issued up to several months after the shipment has been dispatched, as the fee is determined and collected by the postal service in the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
